Congratulations, my fellow alumni! Your hard work and dedieation have earned you a degree from
Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).
'our graduation from MCLA represents the completion of an academic joumej . and. I hope, a journe\ of
earning and discovery in many other ways. When I think about the Class of 2012 I am impressed by what
you achieved at MCLA. Together we took the first steps in building the MCLA Center for Science and
Innovation. You amazed us with your Undergraduate Research Conference presentations. You served as
eaders of clubs and organizations. You wowed us with your achievements on your athletic teams, your
earless performances on stage, and your amazing creativity in the gallery. Main o\' you demonstrated the
rue meaning of multitasking with your ability to balance academic, work, and family responsibilities. Still
Dthers of you inspired and humbled us with your service to the community, and to one another. Through all
jf these experiences, you laid the foundation for future success as professionals and citizens.
Thank you for being part of the MCLA community during your time here. As you move on from the
College, you will join new communities, and forge new relationships, but you alwa\ s w ill carrj a piece o\'

Mever hesitate to call upon your classmates and fellow alumni for guidance, information, and support, and
ways be willing to offer the same in return to other members of the MCLA famil) .
Stay in touch with us through the Alumni Office. Call or write, friend us on lacebook. and even drop h\
